This 2-day course is designed for individuals looking to renew their Class A (Rotorcraft) UAPL limited to Multi-rotors up to 25kg. This course offers refresher training to sharpen flight skills and practice required tasks in preparation for the proficiency check.

Learning Outcomes

Practical

The practical training comprises of the following 10 modules below:

• Module 1: UAS Assembly and Pre-Flight Inspection
• Module 2: General Knowledge of UAS Functions
• Module 3: Take-off and Precision Hovering
• Module 4: Level Square Circuit with Nose-out Orientation
• Module 5: Level Square with Changing Orientation
• Module 6: Ascending/Descending Square Circuit with Changing Orientation
• Module 7: Figure of ‘8’ Circuit
• Module 8: Precision Landing
• Module 9: Mission Planning and Execution
• Module 10: UAS Post-flight Inspection

Proficiency Check

The following are required on the proficiency check date:

• Original photo identification (i.e. original NRIC/FIN/Passport)
• Digital Licence (UAPL)

Failure to produce any of the above documents on your practical assessment date will not be entertained and will be re-scheduled.
