Patrick Sim Wan Seng
Patrick brings over a decade of experience in the Singapore training industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale training operations. As the General Manager of Fonda Global Engineering, the largest BCA Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC) in Singapore, Patrick has honed exceptional management skills, overseeing the daily operations of a substantial and complex training facility.
With an in-depth understanding of Singapore’s training landscape, Patrick possesses extensive knowledge of operational processes, training regulations, and requirements. His expertise includes navigating SSG pathways and WSQ Frameworks, making him a valuable asset to Apollo Global Academy (AGA).
As a member of the Examination Board, Patrick plays a critical role in ensuring that AGA’s programmes align with national standards and industry needs. Jairus Orolaza

- Skilled UA Pilot Trainer
Jairus Orolaza is a dedicated and versatile professional with over four years of experience in Master Data Management across various SAP functions, including Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). Since joining Fonda in 2019, Jairus has made significant contributions to the field of unmanned aircraft training and operations.
Jairus played a pivotal role in helping the core team secure the designation of Singapore’s first Unmanned Aircraft Basic Training Organisation (UABTO), approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). He also developed the courseware for UA Basic Training and was instrumental in the successful application for Fonda to become a CAAS-approved Unmanned Aircraft Training and Assessment Organisation (UATO).
In addition to his training expertise, Jairus has completed award-winning video projects that have bolstered Fonda’s reputation. As an experienced UA Pilot Trainer and CAAS Authorised Flight Examiner (AFE), he ensures that learners receive top-tier training in unmanned aircraft operations.
Jairus is known for his excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with peers. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking along trails and playing DOTA2, reflecting his dynamic personality and passion for continuous learning.
Jin Chong

- Experienced in Flying, Building, and Repairing Unmanned Aircraft (Rotorcrafts)
Jin Chong is an experienced unmanned aircraft specialist with a strong background in flying, building, and repairing rotorcrafts. Since 2017, he has been actively involved in the unmanned aircraft field, gaining hands-on expertise in both recreational and professional drone operations.
During his National Service, Jin conducted and attended UAV classes, further honing his skills in unmanned aerial systems. As a passionate drone enthusiast, he also flies FPV (First-Person View) and videography drones recreationally, showcasing his versatility in various drone applications.
Jin joined Apollo Global Academy (AGA) in November 2020 as a CAAS-approved unmanned aircraft instructor and examiner, where he has been instrumental in training and assessing learners to meet the highest industry standards. With a personal fleet of over nine unmanned aircraft (rotorcrafts), Jin brings extensive practical knowledge and experience to his role at AGA.
Dedicated to fostering excellence in unmanned aircraft operations, Jin ensures that learners gain the skills and confidence needed to excel in this dynamic field.
Wong Ka Su

Wong Ka Su is a seasoned security professional with two decades of experience in the field, including 11 years specialising in corporate security for banking services. For 10 years, Wong was a key member of the management team at Google Data Centre Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring the security and operational excellence of one of the world’s leading technology facilities.
Known for his curiosity and detail-oriented approach, Wong is thoughtful in his decision-making and considers how his choices impact others. His collaborative nature and willingness to assist make him a valued member of the Apollo Global Academy (AGA) team.
Outside of work, Wong enjoys staying informed by reading e-newspapers and listening to daily news. In his free time, he indulges in window shopping, traveling, and playing ping pong, reflecting his well-rounded personality and active lifestyle.
